Be cautious to laser treatment

Many of the aged have some moles on their faces, which does have an influence on one’s feature makes one look uncomfortable. With the advancement of economic level and the popularization of the conception of hairdressing, some patients want to eliminate moles through laser. Laser treatment has many advantages in removing the pigment nevi on face. Compared with traditional surgery, it marks by merits of convenient operation, short-time operation, no bleeding, no cross infection, no pain after the surgery, no need of sewing and stitching, and so on. That makes it especially suitable for elimination of pigment nevi of some bleeding patients and special parts of the body. However, much undesirable effect would occur in case of abuse of laser treatment.

The serious influence on the face is secondary pigment changes of topical skin, such as pigment motting, pigment decreasing, patches of pigmentation, fleshy scar, limited skin atrophy, introcession, topical inflammation, postponing healing of surface of wound and so on. There are also people who confront pigment nevi again three months after the laser treatment. This kind of recurrent nevi grow faster with deeper color. Besides, minority of people whose skins are especially bad with scar pigment nevi would meet with topical scar hump, get itching and prickling no matter they take surgery or laser treatment as long as they get injured. And the scar even spontaneously increases. As a result, experts warn the public that you should be cautious to laser treatment. If your nevus is malignant tumor, laser treatment is apt to cause transmission of cancer cells with an unbearable aftereffect.

Because some nevi are not ordinary nevi but melanoma also called malignant dark-pigments, which are a kind of malignant tumor originating from formal dark-pigment cells or original nevi cells of the epidermis on the often rubbed areas such as face, hand, neck or waist. Its malignant degree is quite high with rapid spreading speed and bad effect. A blind attemp of laser treatment causes transmission of cancer cells most easily. According to the report home and abroad, about 40% to 50% of the melanomas spring from malignant change of the pigment nevi, which should be attached importance to.

Types of the pigment nevi that are suitable for laser treatment:

1. Freckle is very common in cheeks and noses. Also, it can spread onto the whole face even the neck with the size from needlepoint to rice grains and the color of brown. It has a lot to do with inherent cause. People with this kind of character would befall freckle under some circumstances, such as solarization, dryness of the skin and so on, especially in summer.

2. Tattoos are caused by growing pigment into dermis on a manual basis or by the entry of lead and scrap iron because of injuries.

3. Ota normally has the symptom of gray-blue variegated plaque on the upper part of one side of the face. Even the sclerotic coat of the eye will be gray-blue with the pigment deep into the dermis.

4. Senile wart(fat-soluble keratosis): People in old age would come forth some hazel, brown or black flattened and slightly ridgy wishy-washy knots or lumps, which are called age pigment, senile wart or fat-soluble keratosis as well. Its occurrence generally arises from abnormal changes of the skin or has something to do with inherent cause. It won’t disappear naturally while it will increase and become larger gradually. The position that receives plenty of solarization such face and the back of hand has lots of senile warts.

5. Light coffee speckle commonly goes with people when they were born with irregular shapes and light brown plaque.

6. Most of the melanotic nevus appears after the age of puberty steadily with couples to tens. Its size ranges from needlepoint to rice grains. You can find the brown or black flat speckle or protuberant papula mainly in your face or neck..

The nevus spilus listed above can be cleaned out through laser while the number of the treatment depends on the depth of the pigment. For example, ota usually needs to be treated many times every 3 to 6 months. Coffee speckle or freckle that is very light usually can be solved by laser treatment only for one time.

Attention must be paid to the following on laser treatment.

1. Topical area don’t need application or enswathement after the pigment nevi on face are removed. Apply 2% gentian or penicillium ointment twice daily.

2. Avoid touching face-washing water, getting wet, sweat and so on in case that the wounds are caused wetness and infection affecting healing.

3. Scabs would peel off themselves after healing. Don’t force to shell them to make the surface smooth and lustrous. If scabs still don’t peel off after a month, you should go to hospital to clear scabs artificially.

4. You must choose a formal hospital for the laser ablation of the pigment nevi. The treatment should be performed by medical professional people. Don’t accept exaggerated declaration of some advertisements. Especially can’t visit those people without a license in case of a pity of spoiling the appearance. What is the brand name (or maybe “designer”) of those blue and white speckled bowls that were popular?

They’re ceramic or stoneware and they came in either blue and white specks or red and white specks and they’re pretty ugly and super popular. There’s a chance they were sold at tupperware party type parties that may or may not have been called hen parties. Do you have any idea what I’m talking about?
I found it. It’s Henn I was think of.

Wedgewood – and they remain available
