Blue Windmill
Blue Windmill
There are 250 million private vehicles in the U.S.. Can we really use wind or solar?
How about a round of mathematics: 250,000,000 x 10,000 miles per year / 20 mpg average = 125,000,000,000 gallons of gasoline used each year in the U.S. (source: T. Boone Pickens and Kelly Blue Book) Which do you prefer: a windmill on top of your car, or solar panels on deck? And if you do not convert our cars and trucks, these are nothing more only two solutions: the game to support the Liberals? drilling is not the real solution?
Tell you what. I will go in your car If you're drilling for support: 1) Automobile manufacturers of vehicles built or imported into the United States are required to produce vehicles can only get 50 + MPG in 10 years. (Except emergency vehicles) 2) There are no extensions of time for # 1. 3) Do not achieving the results # 1 on the prohibition of that the manufacturer selling vehicles in America. 4) The security can not be compromised to achieve # 1. 5) Emission standards must meet or exceed current standards. 6) A tax credit for manufacturers who can meet this goal in less than 7 years. The technology is there.
