Bowl Cobalt
Batta tanks …?

I just got one of those things such Small Bowl that can be said of a fish Betta r. I put it and does not seem happy. I have, and there might be something in my room. If I put in my 10 gallon aquarium? I have a plecostomus (5 inches), the red zebra cichlid, cichlids electric yellow, Cobalt Blue cichlid and a mbuna cichlid (all 03.02 inches). Wouldnt the fight Betta? HELP! I can not move.

Ok ok, I like worldwide bubble burst here (but a few who have), BUT Bettas can live happily in a community tank. Believe it or not. But like other fish have their own temperaments and can not live with the world, bettas are in the same way. Bettas really depends on temperament, just like other fish. My male Betta lives well in my tank with tetras and platys. Never had a problem. The first time you put in, he snorted and put a good show, then deflated and lived happily ever after. Is a solitary species, but again, was a loner in his smaller tank too. I would not put a betta with cichlids. They are too aggressive for a betta. Always and when to keep your Betta in at least one gallon of water should be fine. I personally I can not do that, I feel very bad. My 2 bettas another 5 gallon tanks, and plants live and are very happy. This is more of a personal choice kind of thing. It really depends on how you handle it. But remember, your cichlids that are most likely to Betta kill. Small tropical fish, but can live in harmony with a betta. Well, I hope to win an idea, and maybe helped in some way or another. Give time your fish to acclimatize. They tend to spend much time in the background, reaching the top from time to time some air. But stress can make fish and fun event is to take a day or two to "calm down." Good Luck! , O)
