What types of (inexpensive/moderately priced) cheeses should I serve on a cheese tray for a party?
How many should I have? Please make up the ideal cheese tray. If you know…also please include any extras I should put on there that go with the cheeses like applice slices or nuts or whatever…and the types of breads too. Thanks guys!~
no more then 5, then it becomes too overwhelming. I enjoy pepperjack, provolone and a sharp cheddar. You should have assorted crackers and breads. Breads are for spreads. <--- (intentional rhyme) Slice sharp cheddar thin, its bitter if you get too much. Salt is also good, for extra flavoring on cheeses.
