Can you get a bunny rabbit a color?
Can I put a color on my bunny rabbit or is that really cruel?
Can you but special bunny rabbit colors?

cause I heard you can teach a rabbit to walk on a lead, so surley it can have a color?

Not as in dye it a different colour.

A rabbit collar can be used but I would use it only in your garden to control the rabbit, teeth the rabbit into your garden for the first time, or perhaps Very Good if rabbits are fighting and you are trying to slowly bond them or something.
You definitely cannot “walk” your rabbit, they go where they want, and you can’t have them on the pavement, they will see a dog, bolt, then on reaching the tether of the lead I can safely assume they will have a heart attach, keel over and die immediately !
Other than control to avoid fighting its not really normal to put the collar on the rabbit.
If you must have one you need a two-point harness which no one has mentioned. It needs to be secured well on both body and neck, otherwise you could throttle it.
I once had such harnesses in order to bond our rabbits (we now have two pairs), it can help for the rabbit to become familiar of the garden, but then with boundaries all around our garden I found it best to either let them run around supervised, or leave them in a secure run to play as they want to rather than tethered to you.
If you think they will enjoy being tethered to you, you are wrong by the way.
