The housekeeping and cleaning new ceramic – porcealin tile?

I just had my house renovated. I had the house is 1600 square feet of new completely with porcelain tile ceramic tile. Her tile walls in bathrooms too. I was also re-painted throughout the house. Now the cleanup. I have a cleaning company come today. 2 girls to clean the entire house and windows $ 160.00 She told me she would with a total of 5 hours. I think $ 160.00 is reasonable. She said they are bringing a machine (or machines) to clean the tile. The machine gets up to 95 degrees Fahrenheit (the temperature can be set) I'm afraid with my new tiles. There are some paint on the tiles and grout paint though. The tiles are stained with the major renovations were also thati. Any idea or suggestion?

Cleaning should ask if they have insurance and if you are going to be fine after they've done to get a decent MOP very clean and keep clean your tiles witth the same amount of liquid detergent in a bucket of ten liters, that is used to wash the dishes I think it keeps the soil as bright and very clean dishes ~ ~ 25 years to clean up the management of cooperation.
