Can I use paint on the inside when the paint is cool?

I am painting the interior of my house. The painting was being stored in an area it was 45-50 degrees. So it's a little cold … Can you use now? Or how long should I wait? It has been sitting for 2 hours or less. Thank you very much Heck yes I was on Yahoo for this, why not?
