sorry for the all the details i just need to know if im doing the right thing and plz advice me if u have anythin better
oohhhh and on fridays i get to eat whatever i want !!
Well, first off, it may be unhealthy to limit your eating like that, unless you eat light to begin with.
I was flagged by the Army for being too fat, and I did some real risky things in the past few weeks, losing 30 lbs in 3 weeks.
Now, in hindsight, it was incredibly dangerous, as I went from 3000 calories a day to around 800, so I was practically starving myself. But luckily I’m a fairly hardy person, and my body was able to keep going even with a major loss of intake.
Honestly the best way to shape up is a good balanced diet, and a decent exercise regiem.
IE.
Good breakfast, (a cup of oatmeal and a piece of fruit, with two glasses of water and up to 1 glass of juice). A light mid-morning snack (like 1 granola bar or another piece of fruit). A decent lunch (like a can of tuna and some rice). A mid-day snack (another granola bar/fruit/cup of yogurt). And a reasonable dinner (a deck of cards sized piece of meat, a cup of rice/potatoes, and some veggies)>
Drink lost of water, do atleast 30 min of cardio (bike, run, swim) 3 times a week. And I suggest light repeative exercises to tone up, like low weight, high reps with arms, legs and core, as well as crunches and push-ups.
It will take a little time, but you will see results, and give your self some leeway on your diet, just maintain control or all that work will be for nothing.
Hope that helps.
