From Delft – Wedding plate Wagon – anyone know about these things please?

I bought it at a charity shop, to date, only because is so beautiful, and I've googled, but can not find. I find a reproduction of 1970 with much blue and a border washi different, and also lack the artist's signature and date on the front. Ours is quite large, has a straight edge, signed Otto Eerelman 1839 and has the mark of Delft in the back, the date again, that is hand painted and a triangle. Can anyone tell me more about it please?
