Drip Glaze
Do I have to use special primer before painting with flat paint?

Zinsser 123 primer and I am now trying to paint with Behr Paint prima Interior global and what is happening, as a glaze! It's bacon and drippings. It's horrible! What should I do?

It seems that the primer was based oil and latex paint is. If so get an oil-based paint or reprime flat with a latex
