Porcelain Marks?

I have a set of salt and Pepper Shakers are about 6 Inches Tall each. They are Hand Painted and look like pieces rs German but the only mark on the bottom is a small 78 in each piece.Can anyone give me any idea what could be. The floral image is on both sides of the salt and pepper in cool colors, green and beautiful blues.Very pieces, but can not identify … Thanks

Without a picture nobody's going to go right items. If you are Prussis RS likly a "small part" of a dinner service …. all that the lack of a brand. But the two only a guess and a picture is the key …. NO "colors cool, green and blue "… that says nothing like the little 78. Just enjoy … this is probably about as worthless unchecked.
