what are the Flower and vase water storage decoration called?
i bought a tiny bag of water storage and release balls in London. The guy wrote down how much water i have to add to a packet, amd i have lost it.
They are really small balls, you add them to water and they expand and hold the water. You them put them in your vase with flowers and they release the water slowly. You can get them in many colours.
I have forgot the name of them so i cant looki them up to see how much water they need.
I think I know what you are looking for. I have bought something similar from Covent garden market in London. I think I had put around 2 US pints (1 litre approx) of water for one packet. I had kept them for around 30mins to 1 hour in that water till they swell. Unfortunately I dont remember their name right now. But I am still using those crystals (which I have placed in a vase) and everytime they shrink I add some more water to the vase to keep them hydrated.
