Florian is the name sound too feminine for a boy?

I love the name of Florence for a child, but I'm not sure that would use because I worry about him being bothered since it sounds very feminine, like 'flowers' female names such as Florence, Flora, Flower, etc. What are your thoughts on this? Florian is a very common male name in countries like Germany, but I'm not sure that would work well in an English boy.
