When is the best time to prune a grape vine and how severe do i have to be with the pruning.?
Is there a written rule that says a grape vine has to be planted in a certain place in the garden and what is the best feed for it.
Plant it anywhere. You want to prune it in about feb. they only fruit on new wood so you want to cut it back to about 2 to 3 nodes from the main branch. remove any twigs that are less than a pencil size round unless you don’t have any larger than that.
