I need a simple recipe for Greek spinach snack?
It's for a cocktail. I do not want to have to serve out of the oven. I'm going to do next and put in a chafing dish. If possible, please post something that has made or eaten himself, instead of cutting and pasting from a site www. And remember the key workdir: SINGLE:) Thank you!
I think it's fairly easy, and I've done before. Now is not accurate, but you can get pretty close, and still be good. Take 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach and let it thaw for a few hours (if in a crisis time cullander and put it in a hot water run on it until you thaw and drain). I like to add a pinch of nutmeg to mine, but it's good without he. This is your filling. What makes this so good is the ease of cooking and transport. Preheat oven to 350.
