I mean those who have the body of a doll dressed in beautiful dresses

They are called mannequin jewelry. Can be purchased in many gift shops, some are Hobby Lobby, Target, E-bay, and TJ Max. Can also be purchased at Claires … a jewelry / accessory store in most malls. Hope this helps.
