What is going to be a better value, stay at an all inclusive hotel or a condo in Cancun, Mexico (websites below)?

I'm thinking go to Cancun for the Memorial Day Weekend I was wondering how is a good way to go. Here there is room to go into condominiums in the hotel zone (http://www.vrbo.com/115713). You have a kitchen, but not all inclusive. Or, would be better off in a place like Gran Caribe, Hyatt Regency, etc (all inclusive packages)? Please give me all opinions. http://www.vrbo.com/vacation-rentals/mexico/yucatan-mayan-riviera # 1483 I understand what it is all inclusive, but I heard that certain limits strickly buffet restaurants and you get bored. I heard that you end up spending money in other restaurants too.

I have done both have their ups and downs, I like book apartment so that I can have my friends to enjoy authentic Mexican culture for food, restaurants, etc. but I also love all-inclusive ……. not sure which would you prefer ….. =)
