I have 2 "multi colored vertical lines on the right side of my LCD TV, how can I fix it?

I have a Samsung LCD TV, the first time you turn the TV on, there are about 20 multi-colored vertical lines running down the right side of the screen. Usually after 10 minutes they disappear. What could be causing this?

That is the TCON board causing it … if not built into the LCD panel which only cost about $ 150.00 for it.
