How do I fix this ceramic Napkin Rings?

I broke a ceramic napkin holder and do not have a hot glue gun. What There are other ways to solve it? And I have to fix as soon as possible. At least I think it is ceramic. Its texture of glass, but at the edges where interrupted, it almost seems like the dry plaster-of-Paris.

A hot glue gun will not be a lasting solution. Try a cyanoacrylate adhesive type based glue like Zap or crazy, you can buy at your local hobby shop. Go with one that is a thicker consistency as a kind of gateway. Can bond skin instantly so be careful. You have to keep the piece in place for several minutes until the glue has fully set.
