A drunk woman just killed 4 teenagers in Roseville Michigan so will the Bar that served her be in trouble?

Four 17 and 18 year olds were killed last night. ( 16 Mar 09 )
Women is 35 years old. ( Drinking and driving drink)
Her lawyer said “My client has never been in trouble before and it is a one time thing. She is a good person and she should not go to prison because she has four children at home”.
Her husband and father are rich so can she buy justice?
Lawyer is putting the blame on the bar.
If they ( Family) slip the judge a lot of money under the table will she walk free?

Why should they be?

They have no way of knowing if all the alcohol she consumed was from them for starters, further, most bars will stop serving patrons if they become loud and boisterous and “act” drunk. She may not have shown any outward signs of this…and further, depending on her tolerance for alcohol, they would have no way of knowing what her blood alcohol level would be or if it was above the legal limit.
