I found this hand-painted ……………? ceramic birds

I said it was from Hallmark. The person who gave it said it was the owner of about 15 years. He does not know how long the person who gave it did. The artist: Elias P. Regin and was done in Mexico. Can anyone give me some information about this. I have researched many sites without success. I'm looking for real information, not places to search tips
