I'm trying to identify a Porcelain Plate painted by hand?

I purchased an older dish that appears to be Hand Painted. The only marks identification are the words "North" painted on the back and three lines that are each about 1 / 2 "long grooves that are actually in the China. Can anyone identify for me and is it worth anything? "North" is hand painted in the same color of the flowers in the front and the three marks are at the bottom left of that. The design on the front is green buds with red and green earth and gray leaves the back is mottled fading gray, blue to yellow, brown and deep pink.

I hate to be demanding, but I need more than that. It is the "northern Word" machine printed or hand painted? What is the front design? What color is the clay, as bright white, cream or terracotta? Also where is its grooves? If you are the place around the base in a circle, towards the foot of RIM, which can only put kiln stilt marks, which has a plaque up on a shelf when fired at the enamel is not welded to the kiln furniture. However, if their lines are in some type of line pattern, which could be a logo or manufacturer of the brand, and if its "north" is handwritten, it can have an interesting piece. I would suggest an antique would be a pleasure speaking with you, or not "what is pottery?" books out there, but it is difficult to be more useful, without a longer description, or better yet, a photo.
