Pattern White
test pattern that I can use to calibrate peak degamma and white in my DLP projector?

I have an Optoma DX605 DLP projector. I've calibrated brightness contrast, sharpness, saturation and hue with the AVIA home theater-based test patterns. However, there are two options Degamma, and the White Peak, but I do not know what test pattern to calibrate these against.

You will need a test pattern with a gray scale in at least 10 steps. You need to ensure that their colors are "tracking" (all steps look neutral gray). HDNet broadcasts a test pattern HDTV includes a scale gray. You can also get the test DVD (Digital Video Essentials or AVIA Home Theater Guide home) that have these patterns. The ideal is to use both, since the encoding High definition color is not the same as SD.
