what to wear what wear?

for my child's friends party, I'm wearing a strapless summer dress H & M and has a kind of peacock pattern (cotton material). has teal, mustard, purple, and green colors. and black. I was thinking of wearing black sandals flat strips. some I like guy will be there. the party is next week in a big ship. What else should I add to accsessories and stuff?

the first thought that came to my mind 2 gold bracelets is 3-4. if u use the bracelets, or must use either a gold necklace that is quite pretty big so it will attract much attention, or if u dont wear the armbands and carrying black levels, u should wear a black collar w / some kind of bluish green, purple or green in it.
