Hi, I have warts pot and have black dots around it. is so good?

I've had these warts for a while and I use this medicine on them. It cured the size of them and stopped broadcasting. It does not hurt, but now they have these black specs around them. I do not know where they came from, is this a good sign going? or are getting worse?
