How do I put dish soap in my water bottle 32 oz spray for aphids off roses? Spray entire plant?

I heard that liquid soap and water is sprayed into roess resolve all problems aphids, how much should I use and spray the entire plant or just a problem area?

In fact, you can leave just use soap and water. It's not that activates the soap kills the water drowning after falling from the plant. If using a forcefull semi spray, move from the plant and fall to the ground where the water drowns them. If you have ants (which tend to aphids or honeydew), you have to treat them before you get a handle on aphids. Use a mixtre jelly and boric acid (available at any pet store in the area of the flea).
