Tierra Caliente Clay Considering how often the word "fragile" is used to describe Israel – politics, peace, people – has perfect sense that a new exhibition at the Gardiner Museum in Toronto, uses the art of ceramics to explore modern life there.

What is the best glaze for bisque pottery?

I’m looking for the glaze with the best coverage to make bowls, plates, cups, etc. I’m looking for something fairly inexpensive, as my budget is fairly low, so I realize I can’t get the very best. Thanks!

Please provide more information

I pay to go to a Pottery Studio where we can mix glazes and are charged for what we use. A glaze that you mix and test is as reasonably priced as you will find

Are these pieces ones that you threw or bought bisqued?

How high will the glaze firing be?

Oxidation or reduction?

Used with food or decorative?

Are you wanting a special color or texture?

How will the glaze be applied?
Dipped, Brushed, Sprayed.

Are you able to follow a glaze recipe?
Do you need to buy something already prepared?
