If I can get metal braces that look as bad as ceramic?

Because I have a 2 to 3 cm above the bite (quite large in real life). And my mom says I should get the ceramic braces metal braces cause tooth staining. But I think the metal keys much worse will the ceramics! What do you think?

Ceramic brakes should not stain your teeth. the reason people have stains and teeth marks after braces is because brushing your teeth properly, while the keys were. because the teeth are not taken care, something called decalcification can occur. This is where the teeth begin to appear chalky white spots, and the enamel (the white coating on teeth) begins to break down slowly, usually around the brackets. brushing at least twice a day, preferably after eating. if you have the opportunity to brush, rinse your mouth with water after eating. Also try cutting back the intake of sugar, soft drinks, especially dark and sweet tea. Good Luck with the reinforcements, I'm sure will be very pleased with the results.
