How to make tea without a tea kettle?
Seriously, I do not have a tea kettle, not even a teapot.
I usually make tea by putting a microwave-safe teacup full of water along with the tea bag in the microwave oven and set the oven for a minute and fifteen seconds.
Now that I have a metal mug, what would be best for a kettle? Metal makes sparks in a microwave oven which will eventually make an electrical fire.
Do you have a coffee maker? If so instead of putting coffee in it put tea in the coffee maker instead.Use one cup of water for each tea bag. It tastes great and brews well.
If you do not have a Coffee Pot any sauce pot will do. Remember to use one cup of water per tea bag. After the water is near boiling add the tea bag(s) and then boil for a few minutes. When doing things this way be careful when pouring.
