I have a picture of a dutchgirl with two baskets at the bottom says Hand Painted – shafford – Japan.?

The statuette is a Dutch Girl with a hat Dutch head. She wears a dress with an apron. Two baskets on both sides of it. The left has a handle height and the right hand has small handles. There are flowers in each basket. She has a yoke in the back with ties for connecting the baskets. The bottom reads: Hand Painted Japan Shafford

I'm not sure what your Q is, but if you're wondering if a piece is Dutch. I think not. If you tell a real piece Dutch Netherlands at the bottom. I think "Japan" just means shit scam!
