Can I use hydrogen peroxide to clean a small wound in a dog?

My dog has a small wound from hunting weekend, I wondered if we could clean with water or if there is a special cleaner to be used for pets. Thank you!

Yes you can. Keep the area clean base peroxide and is exposed (not sold the injury). Reddness If you notice any swelling, discharge, or if the area feels hot to the touch to call your veterinarian. You have to treat the infection with antibiotics.
