How is such a small amount of chili able to make a dish taste so spicy?
My boyfriend puts a level tea spoon of chili powder into a curry for 6-8 people and it’s incredibly spicy! How can such a small amount do that?
Surely it would become diluted quite a bit with the amount of other things in the curry?
it all depends waht chilli powder i find chilli powder gives currys a dry spicy taste you might want to try using fresh ginger its got akick to it but not that much and also dryed chillis you only need one or two only one realy or frsh chillis you cna even mince a load of ginger up with a load of chillis in a food procceser with a bitt of oil and you got some paste and you can use this to spice up your curries it all tastes nicer than cilli powder wich i find dry
