The skin inside of my mouth peels off. What’s wrong?

Whenever i wake up in the morning there are layers of soft skin in my mouth that are loose.
My hygiene is good, i take Taekwondo, i’m 16 years old.
I drink a tall glass of milk every night and I brush and floss 2 times daily.
I also believe that it is the toothpaste i use: CREST with scope mint.
I just really want to diagnose this; i have no problem with it but i was wondering if this is normal.
