Teapot Creamer
Can you help me identify a pattern of English Silver Mfg Co?

In an antique store I found a silver coffee / tea with cream, sugar, trays, etc, ie legs and has an acorn or type of pineapple – very elegant design on it. It's so heavy I can not lift completely. In the bottom is marked with English Mfg Co, the seal 778 and a man next to him and made in the USA. I did some research and found similar results English silver to Mfg Corp in Ohio, for what could possibly have changed the name at some point. I'm trying to find any information to the Name employer or more to see if the price is worth it for me to buy. Order price was $ 300.

I'd take to a local antique shop for information.
