What is the PH balance level of a Maltese Terrier Dog?

I’m looking for the PH of a Maltese Terrier’s skin. The PH balance level of a dog is usually somewhere between 6-8, it just depends on the breed. Just looking for the the PH of a Maltese Breed. My neighbour’s dog as hot spot dermatitis.

Tear staining is cause by many things,bacteria,hair in the eyes,allergies,tap water ph balance(if you give 1/2 a tums every 2 days,or half a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in their water bowl once daily only

not cleaning the eyes but if its also around the mouth,its your water…
