Unusual Shape
I have noticed an unusual mole on my chest so .. I'm only 15!?

I noticed a very unusual (not circle / oval and swollen) in my chest. I'm only 15! I do not think this would be a form of skin cancer due to a certain area has never been exposed to the sun. What could this be? Should I be concerned?
