What do you think of having centerpieces that are just Babies Breath in a bubble vase(rose vase)?

I am having a more traditional wedding then i had planned and i’d like to simplify the space a little. We are at a mansion and the reception is under a tent and in the house. The grounds will be the backdrop so i don’t think i want alot going on the tables. I’m looking for simple yet not boring..maybe even a little unique. I was going to carry rose only bouquet and my girls will have three large roses surrounded by about three inches of babies breath.
