How to make a mold of a glass / lamp copper foil Stained Glass screen?

I see great shapes of the bowls and glass vases make for really cool stained glass screens. I do not want to just mosaic glass pieces on them, I have paper lampshades copper method. I can not use the glass bowls / vases themselves as molds obviously because the glass may break when I soldered the pieces. Any ideas on materials to use and how to make a mold? I think you can do?

cover the outside of the object that is shaped with some kind of fat or oil (enough to prevent sticking). Then, convert the object into the plaster (the quick dry or medium dry at room temperature works best). You may want to give a hand at a time so you can easily get the plaster mold without breaking the glass. Then, once you cast each side putting the two parts, the seal that uses more than plaster, now you have a mold.
