what color tank would look best?

i bought this cool vintage van halen tshirt off of ebay and it is a couple of inches too short. i LOVE this shirt and would like to try to make it work with maybe a longer tank underneath. the shirt is hot pink. what color underneath do you think would look best or do you have any other ideas about what i can do to make it look good? thanks!
