Missoni Dinnerware Sets
The Missoni family has ruled he fashion world with their distinctive geometric knits. They continue to be visionaries partnering with the legendary Richard Ginori manufactory for dinnerware. The combination of these two Italian legends has created the most elegant, contemporary designs for the table.
Bianconero is the exclusive tableware range from the internationally famous designer house of Missoni. Featuring both dinnerware and tea items, it is both practical and stunningly beautiful. All items in the range are both dishwasher and microwave safe and manufactured in Italy from strong ironstone china.
Missoni‘s Bianconero tableware from their Home range combines beautifully with the pastel coloured jennifer in endless stunning designs for your table. Like the dashing gentleman at your swank dinner party the Missoni Fume Glassware dresses your table in a dapper style. Delicate, mouth-blown glass rises in sharp geometric forms and is handsomely tinted in a subtle smoke color. Bowl and saucer shown left.
Porcelain is made of the same materials as Bone China, but without bone ash, and naturally tends to be Off White or ivory in color. Though porcelain is thin and light in weight, it is extremely strong and durable, making it suitable for daily as well as formal use. Please purchase on online www.etabletop.com

Does anyone have information on “White Ironstone Plates” They are an old white plate with scalloped edges.
USA is indented in the back. Who made them? When were they made? Did Homer Lauglin buy the dishes and use them in making other dishes like the “Irish Rose Plate“?
You might want to check with the Smithsonian Institute, they may be able to help you.
