Online Newspapers?

I was just wondering if there was an address where I could read a Dutch newspaper online? Are there any that are for each province (an online paper for noord-holland, zuid-holland, zimburg, etc)? Thanks for the the help.

Our local newspapers used to be real local, town based. But now they have merged into national businesses that have different local editions.
Mostly the first half paper is national and the second half is local, or if the paper is bigger for the weekend, only one part is local.
You find them by searching for the name of the town or region and ‘krant’
Many of the regions are the same as the provinces, but it is no hard rule.

All editions on-line I have found are in Dutch, but I think there might be one English language edition on-line somewhere if you need it.
